Books about real-life challenges and real-life faith…
Thank you for visiting! If you were with me in person, I’d offer you a cup of coffee or tea and my homemade scones. My kids love them. But for now, please make yourself at home on my website. I hope you’ll enjoy browsing around. More is coming, so please check back.
For now, you’ll discover that God and my family are everything to me. He is my hope, and they are my inspiration. That’s why I love the characters in my books. My books are about real-life challenges and real-life fait, and my Bay Town series is set in a small town in coastal Mississippi. Please check out my books page for all my publications.
I hope you’ll check out my eclectic blog. I blog about my books, post Book Reviews, and it’s where I’ll share my family traditions and antics through funny and endearing photos and tell-alls. We have some simple family favorite recipes, as well. Let me know if you want the Scone recipe…yum.
And don’t forget to sign up for my email newsletter.
If you click here to sign up, you’ll get a free e-novelette, and I’ll send you a monthly email newsletter with encouraging devotionals, updates about my writing, some personal stories, and giveaways! Bio
Kathleen J. Robison writes stories of faith in real-life challenges, where shattered lives are restored by grace and revived with new hope. She was born in Okinawa and raised in California, Florida, Mississippi, and Singapore. Her travels are great sources of inspiration, as well as her eight adult children and nineteen grandchildren.
Her ethnically diverse background extends to her family of thirty-six plus personalities which provide many opportunities to share God’s faithfulness in blessings and trials. That’s why we’re all here. To encourage one another for God’s glory.
She loves God, family, and life and counts every blessing and every hardship as a gift. Through tears, laughter, anguish, and joy, God has never, ever forsaken her. And to Jesus, she is eternally grateful.
By grace, she and her husband have been married for 48 years (in 2022). Through a tumultuous beginning, the wild boy she married became the electrifying man of her dreams…She’s still working on becoming a woman of his. God’s not done with her yet.
Kathleen and her husband homeschooled their eight children, who all graduated from The Master’s University. Seven married wonderful spouses and are raising families in Japan, Washington, and California. The youngest Robison teaches preschool and currently lives at home, keeping Kathleen and her husband young. With a Deputy Sherrif, a Firefighter, and two missionaries in the family, research for her books is authentically at her fingertips!

Behold, children are a heritage from the LORD, The fruit of the womb is a reward. Like arrows in the hand of a warrior, So are the children of one youth. Happy is the man who has his quiver full of them; They shall not be ashamed, But shall speak with their enemies in the gate.”
Psalm 127:3-5 NIV
My Mission

I write to use the gifts God has given me and to express my gratefulness for His blessings on family and life. I write to encourage the body of Christ to live for Him, whether, through blessings, hardships, or tragedy, and I hope to spur on the worship of God with our whole hearts, soul, and mind. The goal is to exemplify how to grow in and glorify Christ through His Word, prayer, and relationships.
Through my stories, I pray I might inspire all believers to live God’s purpose in exalting, glorifying, and magnifying His holy name. And that we might teach one another to trust Him by denying ourselves, by placing Him and others above ourselves, and to live for the promised hope of eternity with Jesus Christ, our Lord, and Savior. I aspire that we all would share his incredible promise with the world.
